Mr Lester is a mining engineer with over 40 years’ industry experience. Peter has held senior executive positions with North Ltd, Newcrest Mining Limited, Oxiana/Oz Minerals Limited and Citadel Resource Group Limited. Peter’s experience covers operations, projects and business development and general corporate activities including financial services.

Mr Lester served on several ASX listed and private mining boards and is currently Non-Executive Director of Gateway Mining Ltd and previously of Kidman Resources Ltd and Doray Minerals Ltd. Peter is a member of the AICD and the AusIMM and holds a B.E. (Mining hons). 

Mr Cooke has over 30 years’ experience in resource exploration and mining throughout Australia and internationally, initially as part of BHP Minerals Business Development Group and the last 20 years managing public resource companies as part of the Mitchell River Group (MRG).

MRG successfully incubated numerous resource companies and developed mining operations over the past twenty years, including Sally Malay Mining (now Panoramic Resources), Albidon, Mirabella Nickel and Exco Resources.

Alasdair holds a first-class honours degree in Geology and a bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Western Australia and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. 

Mr Gardner has more than 25 years’ experience developing strategy and providing advisory services in investor relations, communication, financial public relations, corporate reputation and business development in Sydney, Perth and London.

John is an experienced Non-Executive Director and strategic advisor in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors, including experience in Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) issues, advice and reporting.

More specifically, John has advised several uranium focused companies over his career, including Extract Resources (acquired), Vimy Resources (acquired), Toro Energy and Deep Yellow.

Mr Gardner holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Curtin University), Diploma in Investor Relations (AIRA) and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Mr Jackson is a member of CPA Australia who graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2008 with a Bachelor of Economics. Majored in International Business Economics and Money and Banking.
