Aidan Platel
Managing Director & CEO
Mr Aidan Platel is a geologist and mining executive with over 25 years’ experience in the global minerals industry, spanning senior executive leadership, mine development and exploration management across a broad range of commodities.
He has a proven track record of exploration and project development success, including involvement in the discovery and advancement of several major deposits. Notably, he was involved in the discovery and development of the world-class Santa Rita Nickel deposit in Brazil, which hosts more than one million tonnes of contained nickel metal.
Aidan has held numerous executive and non-executive directorships with ASX-listed companies, and is currently a non-executive director of Olympio Metals Ltd. He is a member of the AICD and the AusIMM, and holds a BSc (Honours in Geology) and an MBA (Distinction).

Alasdair Cooke
Non-Executive Director
Mr Cooke has over 30 years’ experience in resource exploration and mining throughout Australia and internationally, initially as part of BHP Minerals Business Development Group and the last 20 years managing public resource companies as part of the Mitchell River Group (MRG).
MRG successfully incubated numerous resource companies and developed mining operations over the past twenty years, including Sally Malay Mining (now Panoramic Resources), Albidon, Mirabella Nickel and Exco Resources.
Alasdair holds a first-class honours degree in Geology and a bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Western Australia and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Warren Hallam
Non-Executive Chair
Mr Hallam is an experienced non-executive director, metallurgist and mineral economist, with more than 35 years’ experience in the mining industry.
He has held numerous senior operational, strategic and business development roles with diversified ASX-200 resource companies, including Western Mining Corporation, Metals X and Westgold Resources.
Warren has considerable technical, managerial and financial experience across a broad range of commodities being predominantly gold, nickel, copper, tin, lithium, uranium, rare earth elements and iron ore.
As Executive Director and Managing Director of Metals X, Mr Hallam played a critical role in the development of Metals X into a leading global tin and top 10 gold producer.

Steven Jackson
Company Secretary
Mr Jackson is a member of CPA Australia who graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2008 with a Bachelor of Economics. Majored in International Business Economics and Money and Banking.
